By purchasing from this Website you agree to be bound by these terms of purchase and our website terms of use.
Pricing / Payment
All prices on the Website are displayed and charged in Australian AUD.
We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
The amount payable to Autóctona Studio for an Order (Order Total) will be the total of the following amounts; (a) the sum of the price of each item ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Item Subtotal), and (b) the cost of Shipping & handling determined in accordance with our shipping policies. You must pay the Order Total when submitting the order on the Website.
Orders
All orders through this Website are subject to acceptance by Autótcona Studio. Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt of your order through the email you provide during checkout. This confirmation receipt does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
Autóctona Studio reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Autóctona Studio may cancel or reject your order without any liability to you. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order. Autóctona Studio only accepts your offer, thus concluding the contract of sale for the product(s) ordered by you, when we ship the product(s) and send confirmation through the email you provide during checkout that your order has been shipped to you.

We offer Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post.

Shipping (International)
All international orders are sent via DHL Express and are a set price of $40AUD.
*Please kindly note that internationl orders, depending on the delivery location, may incur additional fees and duties, and that it is the responsbility of the customer to adhere to payment of any custom duties, taxes or additional fees. Further information on import tax & duties can be found vai your region's customs office and is encouraged to be considered prior to placing your order.
Returns
When purchasing an item from my site, please choose carefully, as I do not offer refunds for change of mind. The sale of all products is final. In some cases, I may choose to offer a refund on compassionate grounds. In such cases, a small fee will be deducted from your refund (20% of the order total) to cover administrative costs and fees involved in processing. Shipping cost will not be refunded and all costs associated with the return of goods is solely the responsbility of the customer. A refund will only be issued once your return order has been received, checked and deemed to be unused and in a saleable condition.
I take great care at every stage of making, wrapping and packing your orders. In the unlikely event that your order arrives broken, damaged, or in some way faulty, please get in touch within 24 hours of the delivery via email at hello@autoctonastudio.com.
Please include your order number along with some photos of the items and packaging, including the exterior of the box showing the shipping label.
